Work Experience

  • Banque de France

    DevOps Engineer and Technical Leader

    Banque de France

    2025 - Present

    • Led a DevOps team responsible for maintaining and evolving the software factory platform used by development teams, including GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Selenium Grid, Jira, Confluence, Keycloak, and internal services, most of services were running on Openshift (Kubernetes).
    • Drove the adoption of best practices through Infrastructure-as-Code, operational automation, and Helm chart improvements, increasing platform consistency and reducing manual intervention.
    • Evaluated technical and business needs, conducted solution comparisons, and proposed pragmatic improvements for internal platform capabilities.
    • Drove action plans and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen platform security, stability, reliability, and adoption of streamlined delivery workflow.
  • Ouidou Consulting

    Technical Leader and Software Architect

    Ouidou Consulting

    2022 - Present

    • Joined and ramped up on a cross-functional team of 3 to 4 developers, then onboarded new members and later supervised front-end and back-end development activities.
    • Led technical teams of 4 to 8 members in designing and delivering software solutions, fostering collaboration, mentoring, and technical ownership.
    • Designed and implemented DevOps pipelines, including SonarQube checks on merge requests and GitLab code quality reporting, to improve testing depth, code coverage, and dependency updates.
    • Drove continuous improvement by reducing technical debt and leading a major legacy architecture migration of 160k lines of code, improving codereadability and testability, and reducing client-reported bugs in staging by 60–70%.
    • Architected and launched new projects from scratch by defining software architecture, building scalable codebases, configuring GitLab CI pipelines, and setting up Helm-based deployments for testing and staging environments.
    • Migrated a full production environment from virtual machines to AWS ECS.
    • Built and orchestrated a Kubernetes platform from a fresh k3s installation to host future AI-enhanced services (research QA stage), including Argo CD(GitOps), Authentik, CloudNativePG, Redis, and an observability stack with Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, and Langfuse; designed the target architecture and coordinated its implementation.
